Why the frick is this blog censoring my pictures?
Why the frick can't I find any mountain bike races to go to around here?
In case you haven't heard, Joey Riddle broke both his wrists, and his collarbone, and his shoulder, and his head. Joey is ok, but now more than ever, like many others, wishes he was Canadian. Unfortunately Joey and Mandi are real Amuricans without health insurance.
Of course the logical solution is to hold a race to raise cash.

Word on the street is that Vicious Cycles is donating a frame to be raffled. Details are sparse, but the winner will choose the frame and presumably the paint scheme.
With a face like this, how could you refuse? Well wishers and philanthropists hit them up at this address

I think I'm doing a pretty good job.
Recent results at some low-key local races over the past few weeks have been ok. But since they're are low key and local I guess I expect to win. Today's Toyfest road race was especially nice. After pushing the pace and helping to force a split in the field I launched a huge attack just before the finish and blew all to hell about 200m from the line, throwing up all over myself. I didn't win. Nice, idiot.
Other than that Erin and I have been waiting to have a baby. She will be induced on Tuesday, so I guess I'll be getting a baby on Weds. Pretty sweet. I wish babies were bigger because the Riddles have procured a tag-along for me.
Hopefully I'l figure out a way to glue the suck knob back in in the next few weeks because I'll be pretty pissed if I can't turn the suck down in time for a little cx/mtb action this fall. In the meantime I'll just start being a dad and watch some sweet mtb dvd's that I've been borrowing for way too long from ODB (Thanks dude).
It's always time to go for a ride somewhere in the world, and that is pretty damn cool.
